Taylor Cobb
Philadelphia
Taylor Cobb is the current Managing Partner of Reify Solutions. Working within her career of fundraising, advancement, and grant-writing, Taylor's expertise involves diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational design.
Taylor holds two degrees from Temple University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Higher Education from Saint Joseph’s University. Taylor's diverse career spans business development, fundraising, and media. Taylor serves on numerous non-profit boards that create high-impact changes within communities.

Timothy J. Ford
Bridgeport
Timothy J. Ford is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Dilworth Paxson LLP, where he founded the firm’s political and election law practice group. Tim is also a litigator, representing governments, businesses, political committees, and individuals in high-stakes, sensitive disputes, often involving political or public relations components.
Outside of work, Tim was appointed by Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle L. Parker to the Board of Trustees of the Community College of Philadelphia. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Committee of Seventy, a 120-year-old nonpartisan civic leadership organization that advances representative, ethical and effective government in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. In addition, Tim is an Adjunct Law Professor at the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, teaching Election Law.
Tim earned his B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was Executive Editor of Michigan Law Review. Tim lives in Bridgeport, Montgomery County, with his husband Steve and their German shorthaired pointer rescue Libby.
Maria Sordoni Hudacek
Harveys Lake - Chair
Maria Sordoni Hudacek currently serves as president of the Sordoni Foundation, Inc. a private entity devoted to philanthropy. The foundation has supported initiatives in Arts and Culture, Economic Development, Education and Health and Human Services. Her interest in education continues through service as a Trustee to Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. Maria also serves as Trustee of the AllOne Foundation Charities Board, a community foundation in Wilkes Barre, PA.
Prior to taking on her role at the Sordoni Foundation, Maria spent 18 years in the financial services industry, first with Morgan Stanley and then with Merrill Lynch serving institutions and high net worth individuals.
Maria graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Political Science. She and her husband Stephen, and their daughter Reese, split their time between Harveys Lake and Philadelphia.
Monica Naim

Monica Naim leads a dynamic team of sales specialists at Cisco, focusing on innovative collaboration solutions for clients. With over ten years of experience, she is known for her authentic leadership and dedication to mentoring women in tech.
Monica is a PA City and State 40 Under 40 honoree and was named Philadelphia's Finest by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Her journey from homelessness to a successful career fuels her deep commitment to giving back, actively supporting and sitting on the board for Covenant House Pennsylvania.
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Monica works to create positive change within the tech industry. Her leadership style attracts and nurtures top talent, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes. Monica embraces the "Work Hard, Play Hard" philosophy, thriving on challenges and opportunities in complex environments.
Michael Elizabeth Magnatta
Philadelphia
Michael E. Magnatta currently serves on the Consumer Advocacy Team at Goldman Sachs where she is focused on Fair and Responsible Banking and responsible for the UDAAP Program and management of key governance practices that contribute to the first-line oversight of consumer risk. Michael initially joined Goldman Sachs on the Corporate Engagement Team in New York to create the 10,000 Small Businesses Summit program strategy for the 12k+ business owners the firm serves.
Michael started her career in politics, working for a U.S. Congressional Member in Washington, D.C., and for the Office of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg. She served on the Political Engagement, Community Investment, and Corporate Administration Teams at Comcast NBCUniversal, managing local, state, and federal political outreach efforts and led an advocacy program to educate elected officials, business clients, and the community on the philanthropic and business priorities of Comcast.
Michael serves on the Events Committee for the Union League of Philadelphia and was an Inaugural member of the Barnes Young Professionals Leadership Board. Michael earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Villanova University.
Michael O'Brien
Philadelphia
Michael O’Brien is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, a law firm with approximately 350 attorneys in 15 offices across the United States.
He focuses his legal practice representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation matters before Pennsylvania state and federal courts and advising for-profit and not-for-profit entities in governance matters. He chairs the Firm’s Summer Associate Program and co-chairs the Firm’s Political Action Committee.
Michael served as an officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 2007-2017. Michael is a graduate of Scranton Prep (’02), Georgetown University (SFS ’06), and Temple University Law School (JD ’09).

Michael is an active member of the Country Club of Scranton and the Philadelphia Cricket Club and serves on the board of directors of the Homeless Advocacy Project and the Center City Residents Association.

Clare Putnam Pozos
Philadelphia
Clare Putnam Pozos is a partner at Dechert LLP, representing clients in a broad range of litigation, internal investigations, cybersecurity, and crisis management matters. A seasoned trial lawyer, Clare was a federal prosecutor for over a decade, first in Washington D.C. and later in Philadelphia. She has served as lead counsel in over 40 trials and received numerous awards for her trial and investigative work.

Clare earned her A.B. degree from Harvard College and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She sits on the Board of Directors of TouchPoint Inc., which is a privately-held, diversified, global-growth company focused on engineered products in growth markets.
Clare is actively involved in the community in Philadelphia and serves on the Boards of the Lankenau Medical Center Foundation, the Rock School for Dance Education, and the Agnes Irwin School.

Robert Trinkle
Pittsburgh
Robert Trinkle is Vice President and Head of Private Foundation Solutions within PNC Private Bank Hawthorn overseeing a team dedicated to helping families envision, articulate and achieve charitable legacies. Robert counsels families and individuals who choose private foundations to exercise their purpose-driven goals through philanthropy and impact. Robert works concurrently on all items which are necessary to gain recognition and exemption as a private foundation; and on those aspects of the foundation that will represent the client or family most effectively to potential grant seekers.
Robert holds a degree in Corporate Communications from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a proud Pittsburgh local, Robert is involved in the region in a number of ways, to include serving as a member of The Pittsburgh/Greater Allegheny LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh as well as a chapter member of both Pittsburgh Young Professionals and Young Professionals in Energy.
John Ventura

John Ventura is Senior Vice President, Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager for WSFS Wealth Private Banking & Bryn Mawr Trust, a division of WSFS Bank.

A Scranton native, John graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is vice chairman of the Philadelphia Society for the Preservation of Landmarks, finance chair of the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution, port warden of the Independence Seaport Museum, board member of the Penn Club of Philadelphia, and serves as Vice Commodore of the Union League Yacht Club. He currently resides in South Philadelphia with his wife Kate and their son Peter.

Kial Vidic
Sewickley
Kial Vidic's career path includes a significant tenure in the Houston region, where she worked for the US House of Representatives. This rich experience eventually led her back to her home state of Pennsylvania.
Currently, Kial plays a key role at Majority Strategies, where she spearheads brand and advocacy initiatives for clients nationwide. Her expertise extends to campaign work,
reflecting her deep commitment to strategic communications and public affairs.
Originally hailing from Butler County, Kial now resides in Allegheny County. She maintains strong ties with her alma mater, actively serving on Westminster College’s History Alumni Advisory Council.
Matthew Wachter
Erie
Matthew B. Wachter is Vice President for Finance & Investment of the Carnegie Foundry, a robotics and AI venture studio that works in partnership with the National Robotics Engineering Center at Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Wachter was previously an executive at the Erie Downtown Development Corporation (“EDDC”), where he launched finance and development activity for a $110 million revitalization project of the nation’s poorest zip code, located in Erie, PA.
Mr. Wachter is happily married to his wife Angela and raising two young boys. He is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (LL.M ’11), Duquesne University School of Law (J.D. ’06), and the Pennsylvania State University – University Park (B.A. ’06).
